And The Thunder Rolls
In between thunderstorms, the juveniles put on a show. Two fish were brought in and they dropped one of those. For some reason these birds don’t like to fly and they don’t like being in trees either. They do like to eat and they like the ground. Regardless, it makes for some unique shots.

Wow…the little ones are turning into tourists and sightseers…looking for the Indian Mounds, and even thinking of nest building from the looks of the gathered grass. They are a long way from sexual maturity, but they are already thinking ahead!?

Hiram & Julia better watch out…that little mean heifer Nelle will start putting that grass in their nest and hog it and take it over too!!
